Additionally, Trip.com has been in business for over 20 years and has earned a solid reputation for customer satisfaction.
Given that listed companies must have a stable flow of funds for annual review, as well as their many years of operating experience, it is reliable to a large extent.
I think it is a testament to still having a good rating on Trustpilot despite the huge customer reviews accumulated over the years.
